1. Service
Professional companionship. Social only. 18+ required.
2. Booking & Cancellation

You must be 18 years or older and possess legal capacity to enter contracts. By engaging our services, you confirm meeting these requirements.
3. Payment
Deposits required when requested. Contributions for time only. In the beginning of meeting full payment is required.
4. Intellectual Property
All content remains our property. No reproduction without permission.
5. Liability
Limited to amount paid. No indirect damages. Excludes: death/injury, fraud, data breaches.
6. Indemnification
You indemnify us for your: breach, violations, misuse.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties maintain confidentiality. Survives termination.
8. Termination
Either party: immediate for breach, or on agreed notice.
9. Force Majeure
No liability for circumstances beyond control.
10. Disputes
Swiss law. Zurich courts. EU consumers retain home jurisdiction.
11. Data

12. Assignment
You cannot transfer these Terms or your rights to another party. We may assign our rights without your consent.
13. General
Entire agreement. Written amendments only. Severability applies.
