1. Service Description

We provide professional companionship services as described on our website. Services are social companionship only. We do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. All arrangements are between consenting adults.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and possess legal capacity to enter contracts. By engaging our services, you confirm meeting these requirements.

3. Engagement Terms

Services commence upon mutual agreement. Scope, duration, and contributions are defined per engagement. All services are provided "as-is" without warranties regarding specific outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and design, remains our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Liability Limitations

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to contributions paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses. These limitations do not apply to: death or personal injury from negligence, fraud, data protection breaches, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties shall maintain confidentiality of non-public information disclosed during engagement. This obligation survives termination indefinitely.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate: (a) immediately for material breach; (b) on agreed notice without cause. Upon termination, you pay for services rendered and both parties return confidential materials.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts. EU consumers may bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data per our Privacy Policy and applicable law including GDPR. By using our services, you acknowledge such processing as necessary for service delivery.

10. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Amendments require written consent. If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue. Our failure to enforce rights does not constitute waiver.

11. Updates

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
